Sharon has been transformational in my opinion, having implemented processes that have allowed a smoother way of working. She has also done an amazing job working with partnership organisations to make specialist counselling available to so many more people (which is no mean feat!). She is incredibly responsive to requests and open to others' opinions, driving change in a collaborative way. She is always willing to listen to suggestions and then have an open and honest conversation. I have always felt I can trust Sharon to have everyone's best interests at heart. She has driven us to find time-efficient and cost effective solutions and always been there to back-up and support staff to use them. And she is truly passionate about the work Petals do. Sharon is totally remarkable and has made such a difference to us as Petals counsellors in so many huge ways.
