Nearing two decades of hands-on experience in charity development and operational management – partnering with small charities to build foundations for lasting impact.
About Me:
I bring real-world voluntary sector experience to every charity I work with.
Drawing on a wealth of knowledge from within the VCSE sector, I work with charities to help them grow – not just size, but in strength. I help you implement and streamline your systems and operations. I bring structure and organisation to keep your organisation running effectively and sustainably. Together we’ll deepen your infrastructure so you can do more with the people and resources that you have – benefitting both the organisation internally and your beneficiaries externally. Building resilience and capacity that you need now and long-term.
Personal Specialism:
I have a particular passion for working within the mental health space. I’m also committed to the field of perinatal mental health, and pregnancy conditions that impact mental health. Combining professional expertise with lived experience, I work closely with charities that walk alongside people navigating difficult journeys of pregnancy and baby loss. I provide a level of both deep and compassionate support.
