
I hold a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management as well as a 2:1 first degree in Business Studies. In addition, I qualified as an Associate CIPD Member (level 5) in 2008.
I have worked in Perinatal Mental Health supporting families who experience pregnancy & baby loss and associated trauma alongside this devastating experience, as well as personal lived experience of baby loss myself.
I can support your team in updating your policies and practices to ensure they reflect appropriate support and care for employees who experience the loss of a pregnancy or the death of a baby.
I also have excellent contacts from other HR and Coaching professionals who can advise on deeper employee relation matters, or provide coaching for employees returning to work following the loss of their baby. Life after loss is a whole new chapter and needs support too.
