Sharon is multi-talented and can throw her hands at anything. Sharon negotiated contracts with NHS partnerships, dealt with operational issues and helped with IT issues to name but a few things. Sharon was also integral to training our team on using of a cloud-based CRM. This system allowed us to keep everything in one place: cases, contacts, documents, communications and workflows. Importantly it helped the charity run reports on everything from outcomes to KPIs which was invaluable data.Sharon is not one to stand on the side-lines but she gets stuck in and involved.
