From reviewing your strategy and sharpening your processes, to developing your CRM and embedding the right digital tools – I take a practical, hands-on approach to understanding what your organisation needs and helping you build it. Because sustainable impact starts with a strong infrastructure and the right people supported to do their best work.

Every Charity is different.  I don’t arrive with a one-size-fits all solution. I take time to understand your organisation – your history, your people, your pressures – before working out together what would make the biggest difference. I’m flexible, I’m honest, and I’m here for whatever serves you best be that a focussed review and action plan to implement yourself or to have me provide that support with you.
