I hold a Maters Degree in Human Resource Management. I’m as associate of the CIPD, and I have lived experience of baby loss. I’m your ideal consultant to support you to update your policies and practices to ensure they reflect appropriate support and care for employees who experience the loss of a pregnancy or the death of a baby.
I also have excellent contacts from other HR and Coaching professionals who can advise on deeper employee relation matters, or provide coaching for employees returning to work following the loss of their baby.
